Our latest clip!!! Isn’t finished yet

It is with great sadness that I report that our latest clip isn’t finished yet.  We hoped it would be finished today, in time for Spring Fling taking place tomorrow.  We filmed and edited all weekend and we’re still not finished!  We only have a few hours of editing left – we’re like 95% done.  But we hit our breaking point late sunday night and couldn’t continue.
I can promise you one thing though:  we’re wilding out in this sketch.  No – really really wilding out.  We haven’t wilded out on a clip like this ever!  And I can honestly say that i’ve never laughed as hard during editing/voice overs/post production as we did this weekend.  I mean doubled over in pain, couldn’t breathe laughter!  I’m not sure if that translates to a good clip but theoretically it should, and i think it will.

Also strange – this clip is the the first clip that wasn’t dirty and/or filthy. Its not necessarily G-rated, but its not R-rated like anything else we’ve ever done.  And it wasn’t really intentional – its like if Jay-Z wrote a hot song but later realized it didn’t have any cursing in it.  But a weird thing happened – I think we compensated for the lack of cursing with wilding out and silliness.

We working hard on it and trying to get it done asap.  All we need is one more day and it’ll be complete. In a perfect world, we wouldn’t have to work and we’d both be home right now editing, and you’d be watching it in a couple of minutes.  Hopefully one day someone will pay us for being creative..
